Sorry to hear you are having problems accessing your account. A couple of things to check:
- Remember account names are case sensitive
- Is your browser up-to-date?
- Have you confirmed your email address?
- Are you trying to log in via Facebook Connect? Be sure to follow the steps here.
- Lost your password? You can request a new password here Once there, enter your username, and click the "new password" button. You will then receive an email with a new temporary password. You can use this to sign in and update your password to one of your choice.
