Spectral Assassins were summoned by the Spirit of Lord Valthalak in Blackrock Spire to avenge his death. They hunted the raiding group, the Veiled Blade, and killed Mor Grayhoof and Gremnik Rizzlesprang. They also appear in the Lord Valthalak encounter, where they try to kill party members and raise Spectral Assassins instead.
