This item used to be obtained as a reward from the quest Gahz'rilla but has been removed due to the other choice, the [Carrot on a Stick], being chosen as a much more worthwhile reward. Curiously, this item was upgraded in Patch 2.3, despite no longer being availible.
Notes
Before it was removed, it was the only goggle-type head armor that did not require a Engineering level to equip.
