Attacks and abilitiesEdit

• Basic Melee - Around 3000 on cloth.
• Frost Bolt - Primary attack, can be interrupted, 2 second cast, hits for around 2,800.
• Shadow Bolt - Secondary attack, used if the frost tree is locked.
• Fireball - Secondary attack, used if the frost tree is locked.
• Phasing - This mob can phase in and out of visibility. Detect Invisible will prevent this.

StrategyEdit

Early pulls are simple, later pulls are complicated by sheer numbers. They are vulnerable to Curse of Tongues as well as snares. They can also be CC'd by either Shackle Undead or feared via Turn Undead. Hunter traps seem to be resisted or they even seem to be immune to traps.

The spells they cast can not be reflect by Spell Reflection.

Shackle Undead works well as a counterspell against shades, and will effectively cancel half of their total damage when spammed.
