Spinestalker is a frost wyrm of the Frostbrood found inside the Frostwing Halls in Icecrown Citadel. Upon killing him and Rimefang, the queen of the Frostbrood, Sindragosa, will spawn.

• [Tail Sweep]—Inflicts 2,734 - 4,133 Physical damage and knockback in a cone range behind Spinestalker.
