Splithoof Hold is a cave that the Galak centaur tribe has adapted into a stronghold. The entire cave system is populated with centaur. The hold is located in Splithoof Crag in Thousand Needles. ^{[44, 38]}

Splithoof Hold and the camp it is situated in, Splithoof Crag, is flooded and abandoned during the Cataclysm. The centaur have established a new camp far to the southeast and above the flooding called Splithoof Heights. It should be mentioned that the sacred flame is still within the Hold.
