The Springtail Warren-Mother is the matriarch of the virmen found high in the hills near the Heartland, in the burrow known as Springtail Crag^{[40.8, 20]}

. Though there are virmen nests scattered throughout the Valley of the Four Winds, these pose a particular threat to the farm due to their proximity. Players are tasked with taking out the Warren-Mother to curb the population.
