Patch changes

• Patch 4.1.0 (26-Apr-2011): Stampeding Roar's duration has been increased to 8 seconds, up from 6. The movement speed effect has been increased to 60%, up from 40% and is no longer cancelled by cancelling shapeshift form.; Casting Stampeding Roar will no longer break Prowl.
