Tips
By reducing casting time it effectively increases the spells DPS.
The trade-off for this is that you may not be able to afford to also get Nature's Grasp and Improved Nature's Grasp in all builds so it should be considered especially if the build does not include much deeper into the Balance to tree to skip over this talent in favor of the other Tier 1 option.
