Stasis Chamber Alpha is a prison-like structure to the North West of the Bash'ir camp in Blade's Edge Mountains. You are required to open it for the quest  [70G] Stasis Chambers of Bash'ir. This is not a repeatable quest, and you are only required to open it once.

Opening the Stasis Chamber Alpha and completing the "Stasis Chambers of Bash'ir" quest opens up the repeatable quest,  [70G] Purging the Chambers of Bash'ir, which involves opening a Ethereum Stasis Chamber.

When the Stasis Chamber Alpha is opened, it will span the level 70 Elite Thuk the Defiant. This is a quest-mob with no real loot other than the quest item [Evidence from Alpha].
