Steam Cloud is a gas cloud that occurs in areas humid areas such as in Sholazar Basin and the Geyser Fields in Borean Tundra. It can be harvested by engineers using a Zapthrottle Mote Extractor, turning into varying amounts of [Crystallized Fire] and [Crystallized Water].
