They were used to buy a plethora of different items from Knight Dameron <Wintergrasp Quartermaster> or Stone Guard Mukar <Wintergrasp Quartermaster> in Wintergrasp Keep . These NPCs are only accessible when your faction controls the keep. These items are now purchased with Honor Points .
