Stormcaller's Leggings are a quest reward from the Horde quest Stormcaller's Leggings which starts with Kandrostrasz in the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj in Silithus. To complete the quest, you must turn the following items to Kandrostrasz:
You must also be Friendly with the Brood of Nozdormu.

Skin of the Great Sandworm drops off Ouro, the idols drop off creatures in the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj, and the scarabs drop off creatures in both the Temple and Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj. Scarabs can also be obtained from chests.
