Stormcaller's Pauldrons are a quest reward from the Horde quest Stormcaller's Pauldrons which starts with Andorgos in the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj in Silithus. To complete the quest, you must turn the following items to Andorgos:
You must also be Neutral with the Brood of Nozdormu.

Qiraji Bindings of Command drop off Princess Huhuran and Viscidus, the idols drop off creatures in the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj, and the scarabs drop off creatures in both the Temple and Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj. Scarabs can also be obtained from chests.
