Stormcaller Jalara is a draenei associated with the Earthen Ring. She can initially be found at the Temple of Earth^{[49, 52]}

in Deepholm, walking with Yuldris Smolderfury. Later she is encountered in the Twilight Highlands.

Jalara appears to have no love for druids, as some of her dialogue suggests within the Highlands:

Stormcaller Jalara says: Many confuse the Earthen Ring with the Cenarion Circle. ...I TOLD Thrall we should rename ourselves the "Earthen Square".

Stormcaller Jalara says: Shaman and druid ways are very different. When was the last time you saw one of us turn into a wild beast? ... [nevermind].

Stormcaller Jalara says: We command the power of the elements. Storm, Earth and Fire! I'd never dress like an [oversized chicken] and shoot [moon beams] from the sky.
