Stormwind Infantry are found at level 2 and are seen fighting  Blackrock Battle Worg <Blackrock Battle Worgs> and they're suspected to be graduated recruits, they however do not attack Blackrock Spies. They are also found in Hellfire Peninsula mostly in Honor Hold.
