Stormwind Royal Guards are level 90 Elite Guards located in Stormwind City. They can be found outside and inside the Stormwind Keep. Prior to patch 3.0.2, some of these guards would change into Onyxia's Elite Guards during the Alliance Onyxia's Lair attunement quest, The Great Masquerade.
