Strange Tarot is an Inscription spell that creates one of four 'Swords' cards at random:

• [Ace of Swords], [Two of Swords], [Three of Swords] or [Four of Swords].

Combining one of each card creates a [Swords Deck], which begins Darkmoon Faire quest  [20] Swords Deck.
