The Strange Winged Goblin is a level 30 goblin Cupid. He can be found during the Love is in the Air event in the Exodar, Shattrath City and Silvermoon City. Unlike his cousin Kwee Q. Peddlefeet he is not a quest giver. He tells you where you can find his cousin, which seems to be his only role.
