The Strange Winged Goblin was a level 30 goblin Cupid who could be found during the Love is in the Air event in the Exodar, Shattrath City and Silvermoon City. Unlike his cousin Kwee Q. Peddlefeet, he is not a quest giver. He tells you where you can find his cousin, which seems to be his only role.
