On 13th of October 2010 there are earthquakes in various parts of Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms. The earthquakes grow in both intensity and frequency as the event continues to progress. Whenever there are earthquakes near the Orgrimmar or Stormwind Auction houses, dust comes down from the ceilings.

Bring it to me, and I will be able to decipher the secrets held within.

Phase 2: Leaders' meetings
On 14th of October 2010 in Stormwind Keep (Stormwind) and Grommash Hold (Orgrimmar) the leaders discuss the recent earthquakes.
