Obtained through the quest Anok'suten, which involves a level 11 elite mob.
The sword's name is a reference to the sword "Sting", acquired by Bilbo Baggins in JRR Tolkien's "The Hobbit". Famously, the sword was used to slay spiders, and the quest Stung is obtained from involves killing spiders in Ghostlands.
Stung is one of the few 1-hand swords that is displayed on the player's back, rather than their side, when equipped.
