Nethrandamus is Altruis the Sufferer's nether drake mount.

Players fly on Nethrandamus during the quest Quest:Survey the Land, where he takes players on a tour of the Forge Camps of Nagrand.

His name is a play on Nostradamus, a famous fortune teller.
