Summons a Fel Imp under the command of the Warlock.
Fel Imps cast ranged Fel Firebolts.

Summon Fel Imp is a warlock ability learned via the [Grimoire of Supremacy] talent. It allows warlocks to summon a fel imp in place of their regular imp that follows their commands. It is a permanent minion that exists until dismissed or killed.
The Imp's only method of attacking is through the use of its Felbolt. It uses lots of energy on this attack and won't use it again until it has the energy.
Make sure Felbolt is put on auto in the pet abilities bar: right-click to enable.
Make sure the target is not fire immune because the Fel Imp will not attack.
The Imp's Felbolt also can be resisted, which definitely hurts the Fel Imp. However, the Fel Imp can also have its Felbolt crit to do extra damage.
