Summon Warhorse is a paladin ability learned at level 20 for dwarves and humans. It also grants Apprentice Riding (75). Like all ground mounts, the warhorse scales with riding level.
Use: Permanently teaches you this glyph. Mounting one of your Paladin class mounts automatically casts Blessing of Kings on you.

Notes
Alliance Warhorse
The Warhorse wears a blue and silver standard.
Summon Warhorse cannot be dispelled, but it can be Counterspelled, locking out the Holy school temporarily.
In previous patches, a small quest called Tome of Nobility was required to obtain the Warhorse, it can now be learned from the trainer like any other ability.
Patch changes
Patch 3.2.0 (04-Aug-2009): Can now be learned at level 20. No longer need mana to summon.
/Patch 3.0.2 (14-Oct-2008): Summon Warhorse and Summon Charger mana cost removed and no longer causes a global cooldown.
Patch 2.4.3 (2008-07-15): Is now available at level 30.
Patch 2.4.2 (2008-05-13): Paladins that already have Apprentice Riding skill can now properly learn Summon Warhorse from the trainer.
Patch 1.12.1 (26-Sep-2006): Now learn Apprentice riding at the same time as Summon Warhorse.
