Sunreaver's Sanctuary

Sunreaver's Sanctuary is the Horde district of Dalaran. It appears to be named after Archmage Aethas Sunreaver who is a member of the city's ruling council. It is also controlled by the Sunreavers, a group of blood elves under the Archmage's command. When any Alliance members approach the Sanctuary they are immediately teleported away by the guards.
