The Sunscale Scytheclaw is a level 16-18 raptor native to the lower Barrens, but can be found near the Ashenvale and Stonetalon Mountains borders to the zone. This mob can be especially difficult for any melee class, as the scytheclaws appear to have an abnormally high parry chance, and the "thrash" ability that Prince Malchezzar from Karazhan has.
