Notes
The base hit rating needed by a hunter to hit a boss at 70 is 142, or 9%. This talent, as well as weapon rating from gear and racials, helps lower the requirement. It transforms miss into hits but doesn't affect critical hit rate. In a raiding environment, it is a very much sought after talent since it will increase a hunter's overall damage.
In PvP, the hit rating is much less important. This talent will however help a hunter resist slow effect forms of crowd control. This may help a hunter get back into shooting range.
