Surged giant

These creatures were once human, warriors who sought power from the Burning Legion. They received power, bodies bulging and hugely muscled, tearing apart with distorted strength. Each was driven mad with pain, becoming nothing more than chaotic brutes. Surged giants are rare, but encountered in a wide variety of locations.^{MoM 198}
