Survivors of Azeroth

The Survivors of Azeroth are those who survived the First War and did not perish when the Horde razed the townships of Azeroth, and eventually Stormwind Keep itself. Rather, they were lead by Anduin Lothar across the Great Sea to the Northlands. There they slept and were well fed by the citizens of Southshore. When former Prince Varian, now King Varian Wyrnn, and Anduin Lothar went to Lordaeron, they joined the Alliance of Lordaeron. Together they eventually crushed the Orcish Horde which had followed them to Lordaeron. Many of the people that are known as the Survivors of Azeroth are old men and women by this time, some already deceased.
