Sven Yorgen can be found at the small camp on the western edge of The Darkened Bank in Duskwood. He gives out several quests involving the killing of nearby creatures in Duskwood as well as the retrieval of an important item from his farmstead, the Yorgen Farmstead which he was forced to flee because of the Defias Brotherhood.
