The Swift Saber mounts, as well as the level 20 Saber mounts, can be purchased from Lelanai in the Cenarion Enclave in Darnassus. Swift Saber Mounts are available to all Alliance players granted that they're reputation with Darnassus is Exalted. Night Elves automaticly get permission to buy these at Level 40 and get a 50 off the normal 10 price. Horde Players can't get Swift Saber Mounts.
