"Swifticle" is the name (or nickname) of the lich who represented the Scourge in the Azeroth Grand Prix as one of the four competitors. He rode a motorcycle that was fast, but also frail and with poor acceleration.
Speculation
Swifticle is most likely a portmanteu of swift and icicle. It is also likely that this was not the lich's real name.
