Swindle Street^{[38.9, 47.2]}

is the central market area of Kezan, at least as seen in-game. It seems the square-shaped market is aptly named, as the goblins are well aware of how they wheel and deal, even among their own kind. The Slick can be found just across the road along the beach, and a short jaunt to the northwest will bring travelers to Gallywix's Villa. Trade Prince Gallywix can even be seen walking along the roads in his strange, mechanized vehicle.
