The Syndicate Watchman is a torch wielding lower level lackey of the sinister criminal organization, the Syndicate. They can be found in the Syndicate controlled areas of Hillsbrad Foothills, Durnholde Keep and the ruined watch tower immediately south of it. High Executor Darthalia in Tarren Mill has put a bounty on them.
Attacks and abilities
- Basic Melee: 28-38 Damage (before subtracting armor)
- Torch Burst: Deals 9-10 fire damage every 3 seconds. Lasts 30 seconds.
- Will flee at low health.
