Syphon of the Nathrezim is an epic one-handed mace. Prior to season 3 it was the best Enhancement Shaman weapon in the game, dual wielding. It has since been replaced by season 3 weapons, and later by weapons out of Sunwell Plateau ([Mounting Vengeance]). It also has 54 written on the Handle for reasons unknown.
