An epic mount (+100% movement speed) purchasable for 70  from Provisioner Nasela <Mag'har Quartermaster> or Trader Narasu <Kurenai Quartermaster> in Nagrand, if you are exalted with the corresponding faction. Presumably the only difference between this kind of mount and a War Talbuk is appearance (Riding Talbuk is unarmored).
