The Tooltip for macro actions is the name of the spell (If the Macro contains a /cast or /script CastSpellByName() ). If the name of the skill is needed, then a hidden tooltip must be created and parsed for the skill name, as GetActionText will not (in this case) necessirally return a skill name.
