Suggested Deletion Edit

I've removed the deletion issue from this page because a) the Keep votes were winning, b) this function does exist, and c) it does have a purpose, much as Konath, I think, showed. I've tried to clarify its purpose and contrast it with its "sister" function, GetCraftDisplaySkillLine(), which has a similar but distinct purpose. Sorry about the protocol violation, but deletion did not seem at all appropriate.
