Changed the 'debuffApplications' description to remove the info about what this document previously said. Just did that since I was clarifying info about the parameter anyway.

Added the "announce time left" macro after looking for one and not finding it, then writing one of my own. Hopefully it will save someone else the trouble:) I used "name" because it was easy, but you may want to substitute "texture" to avoid localization issues. More characters that way however.
