Merging

There's a template for merging with Level 70 End Game Guide, but nothing in this talk page, and there isn't even a talk page for the other article. I think that this one should just be deleted- there's nothing in it that the other doesn't have, and it has less information overall. However, I'm new here, so I don't know- should it be redirected?
