Talk:Aeris Landing
From WoWWiki
This town sounds soooo cool. --Xmuskrat 15:49, 13 September 2006 (EDT)
Seems like the alliance is going to take Aeris first...thier town is very close to it and since most of them will have epic mounts they will conquer it in a breeze.-Hammerdin
Aeris or Halaa
Seen some debate on whether the PvP town is Aeris or Halaa. --Xmuskrat 11:12, 14 September 2006 (EDT)
Yes, that is right. I'd argue that Aeris is the faction town do to the fact that it seems to be in more of a central postion between the alliance and horde towns. Halaa seems to be closer to the horde side. But are Faction (orange) towns the PVP town or do they belong to factions like the cenarion circle, steemweedle cartel and others? Ahh, but maybe I'm wrong. One faction town is a Cenarion Circle Refuge....--Theschief 6:48, 14 September 2006 (EDT)
Being a faction town does not mean it can be capturable by a faction. It means it has rewards and quests that will open at higher levels of faction reputation.
In fact, several sources says Halaa is the capturable town. If you have no objections, I'll revert the page to an earlier version, and add some of the flavour text that's already on this article to Halaa's. --Iluvatar 07:43, 18 September 2006 (EDT)
I think Halaa is the capturable town too. Also: Aeris, in the latest alpha patch, changed it's named to Aeris Landing. --Xmuskrat 14:01, 19 September 2006 (EDT)
