I'm not sure about the claim on this page for 'hybrid' classes. I'd agree non-healing paladins and shamans would like this ring, but that doesn't discount druids or hunters. A rogue or priest down on their luck may also take it - I know I used to see priests that were MP5 heavy wear it.
