The section that says, "NOTE: The strategy may have changed: if any of the small elementals are destroyed, Flamelash appears to now summon two fireguard destroyers (!!) to help him; whether this is a bug or intended is not apparent" might be a bug since I just fought him three times this last week and did not see any fireguard destroyers appear with him.
