Cost ProhibitiveEdit

While the bomb looks powerful, the cost to make it is prohibitive. Still, it might provide a surprise in PvP situations.

I don't know if this is really true anymore, considering that the cooldown on Arcane Bars has made them a lot cheaper now. Most engies are miners as well and they can get a free or cheap transmute on this from guildies/friends, so they can get most of the mats on their own from just mining Thorium.
