Bloodseer Lan'dalock Edit

The fact that he shares the current NPC ID with a mob in Hellfire Peninsula is because Blizzard reuses an ID that was previously scrapped. Bloodseer Lan'dalock does not appear in retail BC. User:Gourra/Sig2 12:04, 29 September 2008 (UTC)

He was in BC but removed lately. He was related to Goliathon, can't remember if he was the quest giver to kill him or a minion of Kael in contact with the giant. Don't know why you deleted the page Bloodseer Lan'dalock... On wowhead there were comments about him as well. However he is a blood elf, look at his 3D model, wowhead is good too. --N'Nanz (talk) 15:12, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
The quest giver to kill Goliathon is Earthbinder Galandria Nightbreeze, and the blood elf related to him is Pathaleon the Calculator. There are no comments on Bloodseer Lan'dalock on Wowhead; the only one is about Archmage Lan'dalock who shares the same NPC ID. The model is not even remotely similar to the one that Lan'dalock has in Dalaran - just look at the screenshot. User:Gourra/Sig2 15:23, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
Yes, I know. But in a previous patch it was Bloodseer Lan'dalock --N'Nanz (talk) 16:15, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
Previous patch in Wrath of the Lich King or Burning Crusade beta? As far as I know he's always been Archmage Lan'dalock in Dalaran. If he never appeared in Burning Crusade retail then he shouldn't have an article. User:Gourra/Sig2 16:20, 29 September 2008 (UTC)

If you didn't delete Bloodseer Lan'dalock page, you should see with your eyes it was created well before wotlk hit alpha. And as I told before he was a ambassador of Kael to Goliathon (but players didn't encounter nor had to kill him). In a more recent patch he was replaced by Pathaleon's voice. --N'Nanz (talk) 16:27, 29 September 2008 (UTC)

I know that the Bloodseer Lan'dalock article was created a long time ago, I can see that even after it's been deleted. As far as the ambassador thing goes, Pathaleon's image has been there since retail, so I don't know what patch you are talking about. User:Gourra/Sig2 16:40, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
If the bloodseer mob/NPC existed wasn't wiser a {{removedfromgame}} tag?--N'Nanz (talk) 16:50, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
He's actually right, we do allow beta information via "Removed from game" tags. Thus we have stuff like Sindassi, or Daval Prestor II, or the beta world events. N'Nanz don't talk about going about certain types of servers or you will be banned. Its against the law.Baggins (talk) 17:04, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
Sorry, I didn't know. Somewhere (eg speculations about the Emerald Dream) I read of certain exploits achievable on them thus I though it can be talked about. --N'Nanz (talk) 17:18, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
No, they actually aren't supposed to be talked about at all. Exploits aren'te ven allowed to be talked about. I believe its in our policy somewhere... Yes, some people break the policy. :p...Baggins (talk) 17:20, 29 September 2008 (UTC)

Sorry if I have this wrong, but I thought that Pathaleon was always the one related to Goliathon, and I remember doing that quest when BC first came out, I don't remember this Bloodseer guy at all. O.o Vulpes Wolf (talk)
