What does this mean?

At 20% she will become enraged, buffing her attack either a little or a lot.

... which is it? Only one buff is listed...

Anyone know where to find her sound files? Edit

They don't seem to be in the usual spot. Talk on wowhead says she has the same voice as Chargla Razorflank, but no sound macros.
