Warriors should be mentioned here as taking advantage of this weapon. I would argue before Rogues even unless they are specced for swords and in that case should have EQUAL priority for this weapon.

What better weapon is there for a fury Warrior up to MC level? NONE

Fury warrior damage relies as much on critical chance as does a rogue's. Rogues should NOT have preference to this weapon. A dual wielding fury warrior requires a weapon to do damage. Raising critical strike %, to hit and off hand damage is what makes a fury warrior.
