I changed the "Cloak of No Skill" quotation to be "Cloak of Skill." That's how it's usually said, a sarcastic phrase that mimics "skillcoil," or, that both abilities are seen by the user as artificial skill boosters. Almaen 01:46, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

Yeah, I can sympathize with people who think this is an artificial skill booster. Between this, kick, shadowstep, slowing poison, deadly throw, cheap shot, blind, and the garrote silence, its amazing any casters can kill a rogue at the upper levels. DenimForce 20:41, 9 April 2008 (UTC)
