• Note: I noticed that I need to cast this spell twice to remove poisons in zones for lvl 40 and above. I also noticed the same thing happens when a rogue or hunter poisons me in the PvP server. Can someone confirm if it is due that some poisons are more resistant to this spell or the spell is pretty weak at higher level zones?

• Response: It's possible that you're just getting hit by poison more than once. As a shaman with a Poison Cleansing Totem, I've noticed that certain creatures can poison you pretty quickly. Some poison effects even stack (including Rogue poisons), so watch out.
